Badlands Radon provides professional radon testing, radon mitigation system installation, sub-slab depressurization, radon fan replacement, and post-mitigation testing services to residential and commercial properties in Rapid City, South Dakota and the surrounding Black Hills region.
All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with EPA guidelines and applicable South Dakota regulations. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of services will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement provided prior to the commencement of work.
While we strive to reduce radon levels to below the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L, radon levels may fluctuate due to environmental conditions, changes to the building structure, or other factors beyond our control. Post-mitigation testing is provided to verify system performance at the time of installation.
We provide free on-site estimates for radon mitigation services. All estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site evaluation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation, including but not limited to unexpected foundation types, accessibility issues, or additional work required to achieve adequate radon reduction. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept standard payment methods and require payment upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
By engaging our services, you agree to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badlands Radon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
